In 2004, we thought people needed a better beef stick. A beef stick that was all beef, no sugar, and not a bunch of fat and fillers. Starting with lean beef and great seasonings as well as long hours we finally got the recipe right.
In 2009, we started producing our beef sticks at a U.S.D.A. facility right in our home state of Texas. Owners Brad and Sherrill Evans have always said, "Give people a gourmet quality product at a great price." That is exactly what we do here at Texas Gourmet Beef Sticks.
